Return Policy

At Agape Support Care, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with a product, please review our return policy below.

1. RETURNS & REFUNDS

You may return eligible physical products, including books, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and your order details. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be eligible for return. This includes items that have been used or altered.

4. EXCHANGES

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

5. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, email us at agapescs2003@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
